A new site comes with default POI types, such as "Stairs" or "Parking", and POI type groups, such as "Access" or "Transport". Someone with site administrator privileges can add, delete, or edit types to fit your use case.

In a site, the POI Types menu lists all POI types and type groups in the site. From this menu, you can edit POI types and type groups, and filter which POI types to display.
