The following describes the most important NavVis resources and where to find them.

  1. Subscription Management

    With the NavVis Subscription Management you can upgrade your IVION Instances or Processing by yourself. You can find more information on this topic here.

  1. NavVis Instance Management

    The NavVis Instance Management is the control board for your Instances. Here you can stop and restart your Instances and more. This area is only accessible to users with the user rights “Instance Manager”. You can find more information on this topic here.

  1. Support Case

    Under “Support Case” you can create a ticket if you have technical difficulties. Our Support Team will get back to you quickly with a response. Support Cases can only be created by users with the user right “Authorized Support Contact”.

  1. Support Portal User Management
