Using the NavVis Knowledge Base

Click on the link to take you to the NavVis Knowledge Base.

The NavVis Knowledge Base is an information hub that contains all the technical information about NavVis products you will need.

At the top of the Knowledge Base contains the following areas:

  • NavVis Links: These links go to the following:

    • My NavVis - After you login In the NavVis Company Account Dashboard will be displayed, here you can view relevant information regarding your Company Account and other links to manage your NavVis account.

    • API Documentation - This link takes you to Navvis IVION API information.

  • Reseller Partner Login: If you are a NavVis Reseller Partner, use this link to Log In with the credentials you have been given.

  • NavVis Home Page: This link takes you to the NavVis home page where you can find more information about the NavVis product range.

  • Dark Screen Mode: If you prefer, use the toggle to switch to a darker screen.

  • Knowledge Base Search (AI Chat): Click in the field and you will be taken to the AI search area shown below.

Searching the Knowledge Base

  1. Choose a category from the selection displayed (for example NavVis MLX).

  2. Click in the search field and ask a question, for example How do I switch on the NavVis MLX?


Note: You can turn AI off by using the toggle at the top of the screen to perform a basic search of the documentation.

  1. The AI Chat will quickly seach the Knowledge Base and the answer will be displayed.

  2. Click Source Articles  to see the list of the documents that contain the answer to the question.

To see what everyone else is viewing you can see the most popular documents from the Knowledge Base.

Information Tiles

To browse the technical content by product or topic, click on one of the tiles and it will lead you directly to that product or topic.

At the bottom of the screen you will find more links

  • In case you couldn’t find the information you are looking for, you can raise a ticket with NavVis support.

  • To technical information separated by the type of information:

    • My Navis Information

    • Hardware Information

    • Product Software information

    • NavVis Status Page
