Early License Activation Guide

To get started, you’ll need to activate your license and services. If you received your hardware before its license’s scheduled activation date, follow the steps below to complete the activation process and unlock full access to your product.

Pre-requisites

Only the primary business and technical contact have permission to pre-activate licenses. If you would like to change this, please reach out to us at support@navvis.com.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your account in the Support Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Pending Hardware Orders page.

  3. Open the order that contains the licenses and services you wish to activate by clicking its number ID.

  4. In the Order Information page, click Pre-Activate.

Congratulations, you have successfully activated your licenses and services before the scheduled date.
