Pre-Activate your orders.
If not yet completed by the NavVis Customer Success team, you can pre-activate your license by following these steps:
Visit the NavVis Portal.
Navigate to the Pending Hardware Orders page.
Refer to Early License Activation Guide for more information about early license activation of licenses and services.
Note: only users with Admin rights in the NavVis Portal can pre-activate the licenses and services.
Setup your NavVis IVION Instance.
Once the NavVis Customer Success team or your admin (previous step) has activated your NavVis IVION licenses, you will be able to setup your NavVis IVION instance for your organization.
Refer to Setting Up your NavVis Cloud Instance.
Note: You will be able to activate a trial Instance as long as your licenses have not been activated. Do not use a URL for your trial Instance that you want to use later for your real Instance.
Review your shipment’s contents: Check if your delivery is complete and all parts are included:
Check that any additional items you might have ordered (e.g. extra batteries or a backpack) are included.
Update the system software of your device.

As soon as your software license has been activated update the system software:
