Review your shipment’s contents: Check if your delivery is complete and all parts are included:
Check that any additional items you might have ordered (e.g. extra batteries or a backpack) are included.
Update system software of your device.
As soon as you inform us that the shipment has arrived using this email servicedelivery@navvis.com, we will activate your device and IVION licenses.
As soon as your software license has been activated update the system software:

Activate your NavVis IVION Instance.
Once we have activated your NavVis IVION licenses you will be able to activate your NavVis IVION Instance.

Note: You will be able to activate a trial Instance as long as your licenses have not been activated. Do not use a URL for your trial Instance that you want to use later for your real Instance.
