Contents of the Shipping Box

This section contains information on how to set up the hardware of the NavVis VLX.

Caution:

• Do not remove the device from the box until instructed.

• Do not adjust the size of the device while scanning a dataset.

Note: Only one person is required to perform all tasks.

Note: Time required for assembly of the device is approximately 10 minutes.

Note: A screen protector can be purchased in local stores. Screen dimensions are 5.5'' / 140.40 mm x 74.76 mm. Only the NavVis VLX 2 comes with a screen protector.

Caution: Use the Shipping box to move the device when:

• Travelling through an airport, and you are checking-in the device into the hold of the aircraft.

• There is a risk of damage to the device while in transport, such as in a large vehicle that contains lots of equipment.
