From the Account icon located in the top right of the topbar, on the All sites page or in a site, you can view the groups you belong to, the permissions you have, edit your profile, set the language and unit system, view the documentation, and sign out of NavVis IVION. Your groups and Your permissions are shown only when you are in a site.
Click the Account icon.

Click Your groups to see the groups you belong to for that site.

Click Your permissions to see the individual permissions you have for that site.

Click Edit profile to edit the profile associated with the instance:

Note: In the event that a password becomes lost or forgotten the administrator of the instance needs to reset the password for you. Refer to Reset Instance Password.
Change the first name and last name.
Change the email address.
Change the password.
Click Language & unit system and you can select from the drop-down menus a preferred language and unit system. If you select English, you also have to select the unit system (metric or imperial). All other languages default to the unit system for that language. After you select the language and system unit, the interface immediately displays your selection.

Click Documentation to view the NavVis IVION documentation.

Click Sign out to sign out of NavVis IVION.

Click About to display the following:
NavVis IVION version.
Copyright notice.
Software licenses information. Select the Software licenses link for a list of third-party software used in NavVis IVION, complete with Homepage links and licenses for each of them.
