The All Sites page, previously called the instance dashboard, lists every site in your instance. The site list and search are on the left, and the map on the right shows a pin for each site. It is where you open a site, search across your sites, and create new ones.
Note: If your instance contains only one site, NavVis IVION opens that site directly and the All Sites page is not shown.
The left panel contains, from top to bottom:
A greeting and the name of your instance.
The Search sites field.
Recent: the sites you opened most recently. This replaces the old Last visited list.
All sites: every site you have access to.
Create site.
Each site card shows the site name, the date it was last published, and an options menu.
Open a site
Click a site card in the Recent or All sites list, or click its pin on the map. The site opens directly in the site view.
Find a site
Enter a name in the Search sites field. The lists filter as you type and the map zooms to the matching pin. For more information, see Searching for Sites.
Create a site
Click Create site at the bottom of the left panel. For more information, see Adding a Site.
Edit, move, or delete a site
Click the options menu (…) on a site card and select one of the following:

Edit | Opens the site so you can change its settings and content. |
Move pin | Lets you reposition the site's pin on the map. |
Delete | Deletes the site and its data. This action cannot be undone. |
Navigate the map
Scroll forward to zoom in and backward to zoom out, or use the + and − controls at the top right of the map.
Double-click a location to zoom to it.
Drag the map to pan.
When several sites are close together, they are grouped into a single pin with a number. Zoom in to separate them.
Manage your instance
The icons on the right of the topbar open instance-wide tools. Which icons appear depends on your permissions.

What happened to the instance dashboard?
It is now the All Sites page. The layout has changed — a searchable site list on the left and a map on the right — and the topbar is labelled All sites.
What happened to the Last visited list?
It is now the Recent section at the top of the site list.
How do I zoom in and out on the map?
Scroll forward to zoom in and backward to zoom out, or use the + and − controls at the top right of the map. Double-clicking a location also zooms to it.
How do I move around the map without the zoom controls?
Drag the map with the mouse.
Why does one pin show a number?
Sites that are close together are grouped into one pin. The number is how many sites it contains. Zoom in to separate them.
Where do I find the list of all sites in my instance?
On the All Sites page, which opens when you sign in. From inside a site, click the site name in the topbar and then Back to all sites.
Why don't I see the All Sites page?
Your instance contains only one site, so NavVis IVION opens it directly.
How do I switch to another site without going back to the All Sites page?
Click the site name in the topbar to open the Recent sites dropdown, then select a recent site or search for one.
Where do I manage users and instance settings?
Use the User management and Instance settings icons on the right of the topbar. Both require the corresponding permissions.
