From the User Icon, you can view the groups you belong to, the permissions you have, edit your profile, set the language and unit system for NavVis IVION, view the documentation, and sign out of NavVis IVION.
Select the User Icon in the top right of your instance dashboard or Site:
Select Your Groups from the user panel to see the site location and the permission level you have for that site.
Select Your Permissions from the user panel to see the individual permissions you have for that site.
Select Edit Profile from the user panel to edit the profile associated with the instance:
Change the first name and last name.
Change the email address.
Change the password.
Note: In the event that a password becomes lost or forgotten the administrator of the instance needs to reset the password for you. Refer to Reset Instance Password.
Select Language & Unit System from the user panel and use the drop-down menus to change the language and unit system for NavVis IVION. If you select English, you also have to select the unit system (metric or imperial). All other languages default to the unit system for that language. After you select the language and system unit, the interface immediately displays your selection.
Select Documentation from the user panel to view the NavVis IVION documentation.
Select Sign Out to sign out of NavVis IVION.
Select About to display the following:

Copyright notice
Software licenses information. Select the Software licenses link for a list of third-party software used in NavVis IVION, complete with Homepage links and licenses for each of them.
