If you are experiencing issues with post-processing any datsets please provide the following  to the NavVis Support:  

  • Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem, including any commands run.

  • A diagnosis file (NavVis-diagnosis.log.gz) generated using the navvis-diagnosis tool and Global Log Files (NavVis.log.tar.gz) for your system. to use the tool run the following two commands:

navvis-diagnosis --all --output=NavVis-diagnosis.log && gzip --best NavVis-diagnosis.log
tar -zcvf NavVis.log.tar.gz /var/log/NavVis
  • The Recorded dataset(s) from /datasets_rec.

  • The log(s) from the /datasets_proc/<dataset>/logs folder in the corresponding dataset directory.
