Troubleshooting procedure
Root cause
The POI has a relative coordinate system with a reference point set as the coordinate origin. When importing the Dataset/Bundle, you will import the bundle into the coordinate system you setup with your new Site. That means the reference point of the new site will become the reference point of the POIs, thus you need to make sure that the reference point is the same as that in the old instance.
When you are performing the POIs export, you are able to see the base point like this.
Then when you are creating a new site, make sure the coordinates are the same:
