Activity log

Use the Activity log to keep track of the usage in all sites in your instances.

  1. Go to Data Processing > Processed Data.

  2. Click on Activity log.

Note: It may take few hours for the Activity log to update with the most recent datasets.

  1. A .CSV file is downloaded to your computer.

What can I see in the Activity log?


When the .CSV is downloaded you can see the activity for all sites within the instance. You can see the following information:

  • Timestamp: When the dataset was processed

  • Customer ID: A customer identification code.

  • Instance ID: The instance identification code.

  • Site ID: The site identification code.

  • Activity: If the dataset was successfully processed, failed or cancelled.

  • Dataset ID: The dataset identification code.

  • Device serial: The serial number of the device used to capture the dataset.

  • Billed area: What the billed area is.

  • Billed area in units: How many units were consumed fo the billed area.

  • Blurred panoramas: How many panoramas were processed with the blurring feature.

  • Blurring units: How many units were consumed for detection and blurring.

  • Units consumed: The total number of units consumed

  • User ID: The user identification code of the person who performed the processing activity.

  • User: Username of the person who performed the processing activity
