Discontinue using your NavVis device if it is not working correctly or you suspect a component is damaged. This advice also applies if an accessory such as the Harness System or a Li-Ion Battery is damaged.
Submit a service request with your local NavVis reseller or NavVis Support at support@navvis.com if purchased directly. Please include a detailed description, screenshots and pictures with your report as best as possible.
Technically trained personnel will advise you on the different options, duration, costs, and possible location of the required Repair service.

These are described in the NavVis General Terms and Conditions (GTCs). Only the version provided by NavVis at the time the product was ordered is valid. Please find our recent versions here for reference:
