You cannot see the POI from Panorama view even when there is no clear obstacle, and the Site Model is correctly defined.
Root cause
The basic filtering logic:
If you link the POI point to the viewer point, anything in the middle crossing the line will make the POI invisible
For example, here you cannot the two pumps in the middle shown below:
You could see that P-36113 is blocked because of the pillar. P-36116 is a bit trickier, it is actually blocked by "itself". As you could see from the third screenshot, the POI is actually created on the lateral of the pump. Thus from the original view point, the pump itself is actually "on" the linkage of the POI point to the view point.
Currently there is no way to manually exclude a single POI from the filtering engine, the optimal way is to pick a position to create the POI that is directly facing the view point that you would like to see in the POI itself.
