Statement of compliance with EU directives

NavVis GmbH declares that this device is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directives 2014/53/EU and 2011/65/EU, as applicable.

WEEE compliance and disposal information

According to Directive 2012/19/EU, Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE Reg.-Nr. DE 51249617), the device and all its accessories (including batteries) must be returned to NavVis GmbH for disposal.

FCC declaration of conformity

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) warns users that changes or modifications to the unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, under part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used according to the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operating this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference, in which case the user is required to correct the interference at their own expense.

Statement of compliance with Canada legislation

This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

Statement of compliance with Japan legislation

Note:

While NavVis software is running, the used frequencies of the radio transmitter are limited to the 2.4 GHz bands. If you use the device in any other way, mind the following restriction.

Operation of the radio transmitter in these frequency bands is restricted to indoor use only.
