Problem description
A user whose email was used for a account has left the company, and you are not able to access the instance management interface.
Scope
This applies to the NavVis Cloud login procedure.
Troubleshooting procedure
The login email address is treated as a unique ID. In case an "admin-user" leaves the company, use the following workaround. The login email address needs to stay valid to receive emails (a reset or new password can avoid misuse of old employees)
On the NavVis Cloud landing page, click Forgot your password?
Enter the old (but still valid) email address of the "admin-user".
A new password to access the cloud page should be received for further use as the login.
