How to change NavVis cloud account to another owner (E-mail address)

Introduction

Purpose

For different reasons (position changes, employee leaves company, etc.), the customer can change an existing account to another owner with other E-mail address, so that the new owner can manage the instance under that account.

Solution applies to: NavVis Cloud instance management

Procedure

This can be done directly in the existing NavVis Cloud account:

  1. Log in the existing NavVis Cloud account:

  2. Navigate to User details, follow as example:

  3. Change the email to the new owner's name and address, then save, follow as example:
