Issue description
When turning off the device (e.g. M6, VLX etc.), you might be able to see white lines on the black screen.
Troubleshooting procedure
The Ubuntu system is showing kernel logs during shutdown of different processes, when the graphics are turned off.
Could be there are some hardware connection / software issue that caused a longer shutdown period with lines of logs shown.
If it appears only for a short time, then no need to worry about that. Mostly the graphics program has already been terminated, and the screen is showing the raw kernel logs.
If you have errors during scanning already, or if the lines are hovering for longer time (~1min), then please contact support@navvis.com, probably there're some hardware connection issue that was blocking the normal shutdown procedures.
