Procedure

To see the different views while moving in your {{glossary.Site}}, you must first activate them in the site View menu. For more information, see Setting Views for a Site. From a site, you can do the following:
- In {{glossary.Point cloud}} or panorama mode, select a menu item from the left menu.
- From the View menu, the 2D secondary view is shown in the bottom right corner of the site if you select Show secondary view. It shows the location of your captured panorama. A blue dot indicates your location on the secondary view.
- To expand the secondary view in panorama or point cloud mode, select the expand icon at the bottom right in the secondary view. The secondary view becomes the main view, and the point cloud or {{glossary.Panorama view}} becomes the secondary view. Select the expand icon again to switch the views back. The secondary view also shows any {{glossary.Point of Interest (POI)}} that has been created.
- From the View menu, if you select Show {{glossary.Location marker}}s, you can click anywhere on the panorama or point cloud to display the location markers (white circles), or by placing your cursor over the secondary view (white dots). Use the location markers to move within the site.
- Select one of the location markers on the floor (a black direction arrow appears in the location marker) to move the view to the panorama captured at that place.
- Use the up and down arrow keys to move to adjacent locations. Use the left and right arrow keys to rotate left or right.
- Double-click anywhere on the panorama or point cloud to move to the closest location to the point you selected.
- At the top left of the site, the Search field searches for {{glossary.Point of Interest (POI)}}, {{glossary.POI description}}s and custom data, and {{glossary.Site Model}} entities.
Click anywhere on the secondary view to move to the closest location. A blue dot represents you on the 2D secondary map, and a gray beam from the blue dot indicates the direction you are facing.
- If you have access to more than one site, you can go back to the instance dashboard by selecting the blue globe at the top right of the site.
