How to connect to your NavVis device wirelessly using VNC

Procedure

1 Connect your NavVis device to the internet

  • This can be done preferably via the Ethernet port.

  • If connected via Wi-Fi, open a terminal and enter the command “navvis-mapping-ui -wf“ before proceeding. This ensures that WiFi remains connected when the Mapping UI is reopened.

    • Download any VNC client (Tested on Remmina).
