How can I change the name or URL of a NavVis IVION Instance

Introduction

Customer incorrectly named the instance and asked if this can be corrected. It is possible to change the name of the instance but not the underlying URL. 

Procedure

You can change the name of the instance in the NavVis Cloud Manager.
To change the URL you need to setup a new instance and the old one can be deleted after backing up all the data you still need (Bundles, POIs).
