NavVis VLX Settings

Tap Settings above the mapping dashboard to access settings. When scanning with the NavVis VLX, this button can also be found in the right menu.

Camera Settings

  • Auto Trigger: If enabled, the cameras will trigger automatically once the mobile mapping system has moved by the minimum distance. Otherwise, the cameras do not capture images automatically, and you should do this manually. If the mobile mapping system is moving too fast, triggering will be delayed.

  • Auto Trigger Distance: Desired distance between capture locations (default: 0.6m).

Additional Settings

  • Sound: Adjust the system volume.

  • CHECK FOR UPDATE: Check for a software update

  • Window View: Run the application in full screen, maximized, or windowed mode.
