On the main user interface of the NavVis M6, tap the Help 
button at the top of the screen to open the help menu. From the Help screen, get the device log files, find the software version, and general mapping guidance.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Contact NavVis technical support with a precise description of the problem. If you have agreed on a date with NavVis technical support, you can also open a remote support session.
ABOUT THIS IMMS: Software version information is provided under "Technical Info". The version number is that of the official release, while the packages it depends on are numbered independently. If you require technical support, you can use "Save Logs" to zip system log files that you can include with the support request.
