Why is my empty site still consuming storage space in NavVis IVION?

It can happen that sites within NavVis IVION will still consume IVION Storage even though you deleted all data and published the changes.

This happens because of temporary files which are still being hosted on the server e.g. incomplete uploads, POI attachments, custom icons and others. While it's not possible to manually delete those temporary (hidden) files you have the option to delete the whole site by following this procedure: Deleting a Site.
