Issue description
When trying to replace the generated maps from NavVis IVION with a customized version, the following error appears: “Failed upload: malformed input off: X length: X”

Troubleshooting procedure
There was an issue during folder compression when NavVis IVION expects a .zip-file to be uploaded. In particular cases, a (German) umlaut in the folder names can corrupt the .zip-file. When trying to upload the .zip, the error above is displayed.
Check the following
The folder structure of the originally downloaded maps must be exactly the same when uploading customized maps.
The .png images (maps) cannot be altered in size, orientation or color depth → otherwise NavVis IVION will reject them.
Unzip the .Zip-File and check for corrupted characters in the file/folder names → if so, rename the building and Bundle inside NavVis IVION and make sure that no umlaut is used in both names.
The instance is complete, all buildings and floors are named.
None of the buildings have duplicate names.
None of the floors within a building have duplicate names.
You have 2D generated Maps for the Bundle(s) where you want to customize the maps.
