Introduction

Perform the following steps to download the calibration certificate for your NavVis device from the NavVis Portal.

Pre-requisites

Access to NavVis Portal

Procedure

  1. Log into the NavVis Portal

    1. Navigate to the NavVis Portal (Home · NavVis Portal).

    2. Enter your NavVis account credentials to log in.

2. Open the System Software Licenses

  1. Click on My NavVis in the portal.

  2. Select Manage NavVis System Software Licenses from the menu.

3. Download the Calibration Certificate

  1. Locate the device using its serial number.

  2. Click on the drop-down icon on the far right.

  3. Select "Download Calibration Certificate" to initiate the download.
