How to backup a site in NavVis IVION

Introduction
Purpose
To migrate a NavVis IVION Site to another site or instance or to archive a site, backup the site using the following procedure.

Procedure
1 Backup the site components
Bundles: Download all bundles.
POIs: Export all POIs from the POI types menu.
Export all POIs using the .json format.
Download any custom POI category or group icons.
Download all images and attachments in the POIs.
Processed data: Download processed data from Data processing > Processed data.
Site coordinate system and base point: Note down the site coordinate system and base point location.
From the POI types menu, expand the Import/Export POIs panel and click Export.
Hover over the information icon next to Site coordinate system.
Copy the coordinate system and base point coordinates.
Site cover image: Download the site cover image from the Instance dashboard.
Click on the three dots next to your site for and select Edit.
Download the site cover image image.
Note: Raw data, user groups, site configurations, and vector maps cannot be backed up.
2 Migrate the site components in the following order
Set up the new site with the same site coordinate system and base point, and upload the site cover image.
Upload the bundles to Dataset management.
Upload custom icons for POI categories/types.
Upload images and attachments to the POIs.
