In the NavVis VLX User Guide "Flying" section it states:
Your airline may require you to carry the battery certificates and material safety data sheets. These are available upon request from support.navvis.com?.
The airline may require you to carry the battery certificates and material safety data sheets. Check the maximum watt hours per battery allowed as cabin baggage by your airline. Normally, batteries with less than 100 Wh can be carried without prior approval. This information is also useful when passing security.
And what are the battery certificates and material safety data sheets?

This matches the file "UN Certifcate V98micro Format 2020.pdf" in the attachment.
Also the document is called "DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY UN38.3".
It's a signed document to confirm that each battery of this type is proved to meet the requirements of applicable tests in the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.6/Corr.1, Part III, Sub-Section 38.3.
Material safety data sheet
As attached it's the "9139_UN Transport Documentation 06 2020.pdf" document, it describes the product and company information, as well as composition of the battery and other safety measures.
