Screen is frozen while initializing with 9 dots flashing

Problem description
If your device remains in the initialization stage with nine flashing dots, it may be due to the absence of the dataset_rec folder in the external SSD.
This issue may occur if the 'dataset_rec' folder has been cut or deleted from the external SSD.
Scope
NavVis VLX operating with system software version 2.22.8.1 or earlier.
Procedure
1. Back up the data in the external SSD
To prevent data loss, ensure you back up the data on your external SSD.
2. Format the external SSD
Formatting the external SSD will ensure the presence of all necessary folders required for proper operation.
Follow these instructions to format the external SSD: Formatting an SSD Card for the NavVis VLX or M6.
3 Update your VLX to the latest system software version available.
If an external SSD format resolves the issue, update your device to the latest available system software version.
