What should I do if one of my processing jobs has failed?

Issue description

The processing job for one or multiple Datasets failed.

Open up the tasks in the job by clicking on the arrow on the right. You can now identify, which particular datasets failed during processing.

Troubleshooting procedure

  1. Download the logs by clicking on the three dots on the right side and choosing "Download logs".

  2. Attach the downloaded zip-files and send to Support@navvis.com
