Searching for POIs by Groups

You can quickly narrow down Points of Interest (POIs) by filtering on POI Category. This is useful when you have many POIs and want to see only a specific category (for example: “Fire Safety”, “Machinery”, “Inspection Points”).

Prerequisites

• POIs have already been created, refer here.

• POIs are assigned to the category you want to search for, refer here.

Procedure

1. Click in the search field and enter the name of the category you want to search for.

   

2. For example if you enter in ‘Meeting Room’ all the POIs within that category are displayed.
   

3. If you click on a POI, the view will change and it will go directly to the POI, in this example the Screen.
   

4. Click the Return link to go back to the full category list.
   

5. To share the POI category click the share link.
   

6. Click the Copy icon.
   

7. Click the Email icon to open an email web browser and send the share link.
