Searching for POIs

Find POIs by name or by category using the Search panel. In the topbar, click the Search icon to open it. Results are grouped under three tabs: All, POIs, and Site entities and update as you type.

Note: To search across every site in your instance, click the location-pin icon in the search field and choose All sites.

Search by partial name

You don't need a POI's exact name or code. In the topbar, click the Search icon, type part of the name or identifier, and select a suggestion from the results.

Search by category

Filter POIs by category to narrow a large set down to one type, for example, "Fire Safety", "Machinery", or "Inspection Points".

Procedure

  1. In the topbar, click the Search icon and type the category name. All POIs in that category appear in the results. For example, typing "Meeting Room" lists every POI in that category.

  2. Click a POI to go directly to it.

  3. Click Return to go back to the full category list.

  4. To share the category, click the share link, then:

    • Click the Copy icon to copy the share link.

    • Click the Email icon to open your email client with the share link.

FAQ

Where is the search field?

Click the Search icon in the topbar to open the Search panel.

Can I search without the exact POI name?

Yes. Type part of the name or identifier and select a suggestion from the results.

How do I see only one category of POIs?

Type the category name in the Search panel to list all POIs in that category.

Can I search across multiple sites?

Yes. Click the location-pin icon in the search field and choose All sites.
