Troubleshooting Procedure

  • To verify your e57 file try to open it in another software (e.g. CloudCompare). If the file is corrupted in some way, it won't be displayed in other tools.

  • Check that the file name does not contain any non-UTF characters or spaces. Apostrophes and other characters will likely cause issues when included in the file name.
