Unable to Upload 2D FloorMaps

Introduction

Problem description

Unable to Upload generated 2D FloorMaps.

Root cause

Custom Maps cannot be uploaded before generating the original maps first

Troubleshooting Procedure

Before you can use customizable Maps in your instances, make sure that:

1. The instance is complete, all buildings and floors are named.

2. None of the buildings has duplicate names.

3. None of the floors within a building have duplicate names.

4. You have 2D generated Maps for the Bundle(s) where you want to customize the maps.
