If dirt and dust get inside the box, it may damage the device. Clean the shipping case regularly to prevent this.
Empty the shipping case.
Remove the device and all the equipment, and put them in a safe place.
Clean the foam.
Use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery head to clean the inside of the box.
Clean the outside of the box.
Wet a clean cloth with a small amount of mildly soapy water. Wipe the outside of the box until it's clean, then rinse with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Don't apply water directly to the outside of the box.
Refill the box.
Return the device and the equipment to the shipping case.
