Your groups and Your permissions are shown only when you are in a site. 1. Refer to Reset Instance Password. - Change the first name and last name. - Change the email address. - Change the password. - Click **Language & unit system** and you can select from the drop-down menus a preferred language and unit system. If you select **English**, you also have to select the unit system (metric or imperial). All other languages default to the unit system for that language. You can view the groups you belong to by clicking the Account icon in the top right of the topbar while in a site, then selecting 'Your groups' from the menu. #### Can I edit my profile in NavVis IVION? Yes, you can edit your profile by selecting 'Edit profile' from the Account menu. #### What can I change in my profile? In your profile, you can change your first name, last name, email address, and password. #### What should I do if I forget my password? If you forget your password, the administrator of the instance needs to reset it for you. #### Is it possible to change the language and unit system in NavVis IVION? Yes, you can change the language and unit system by selecting 'Language & unit system' from the Account menu. #### Where can I find the documentation for NavVis IVION? You can view the documentation by selecting 'Documentation' from the Account menu. #### How do I sign out of NavVis IVION? To sign out of NavVis IVION, select 'Sign out' from the Account menu. #### What information can I find under the 'About' section? Under the 'About' section, you can find the NavVis IVION version, copyright notice, software licenses information, and keyboard shortcuts. Site refers to a complex of one or more buildings displayed in a NavVis IVION instance. For example, the Munich Airport would be one site. An instance can contain multiple sites. Each site consists of one or more datasets.
