# Upload of e57 failed - corrupted file

### **Issue description**

Upload of e57 file fails.

Check the log file for:

## **Troubleshooting Procedure**

- To verify the integrity of your e57 file, try to open it in another software (e.g. CloudCompare). If the file is corrupted in some way, it won't be displayed in other tools.
- Check that the file name does not contain any non-UTF characters or spaces. Apostrophes and other characters will likely cause issues when included in the file name.
