Support for Ubuntu 22.04 has been released with Desktop Processing 2.22.7 on 20.12.2023.
If you are running workstations or servers on Ubuntu 18.04, please review the following resources to understand when and how to migrate them to Ubuntu 22.04:

Note: NavVis Desktop Processing SW only supports the amd64 architecture and not the ARM architecture. Make sure the image you downloaded is marked with amd64: e.g. ubuntu-22.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso.

This is an important step for a new Ubuntu OS installation. Depending on your own hardware setup, you need to choose if the new Ubuntu 22.04 should be installed as dual boot alongside with Windows / older Ubuntu versions, in a new hard disk, or in a new partition that you can configure during this stage.
