# “Panorama image not found” Error

## Issue description

NavVis IVION GO displays the following error message: “Panorama image not found error message” when trying to switch from map view to panorama view.

## Troubleshooting procedure

1. Check your internet connection and restart the app.
2. If the issue persists, contact your instance administrator. If you have confirmed that a panorama image is available, contact [NavVis Support](http://support@navvis.com).
