# Site Health

Site health information helps diagnose issues. The icon to the right of a site's name in the Sites menu shows the health of the site in three states:

- **OK**(green): There are no problems with the site.
- **Warning**(yellow): There are problems with the site. You can still load it, but you might encounter problems using it with the app. If you tap on the site, a dialogue will ask you whether you want more details on what the problem is.

- **Not working** (red): The site cannot be loaded. Share the information on the site health detail page with your admin or NavVis support to resolve the issue. If you click on the site’s name, a dialogue will ask you if you want to **Learn More** about the issues. This will open a new tab with a list.

Site refers to a complex of one or more buildings displayed in a NavVis IVION instance. For example, the Munich Airport would be one site. An instance can contain multiple sites. Each site consists of one or more datasets.
