Sharing with collaborators and peers can be done within NavVis IVION and also outside of the NavVis IVION environment if the site is marked as a public site, refer to [Make Content Public](/v1/docs/make-content-public).

Use the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/bf174766-fa1a-4fe1-a4d7-b1db1e7cb996/Images/Documentation/image(184).png) **Share**option in the main menu to send details of your site to peers and collaborators. You can share URLs to locations, Point of Interest (POI), Site Model entities, and measurements.

## Sharing a POI

From a POI details panel, you can share a link to a POI.

When someone opens the shared link, the Panorama view moves to a location and orientation where the POI is visible, and they will also see its details panel. You can verify what that will look like: your own view moves to that same place when you click the **Share** button on the details panel. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/bf174766-fa1a-4fe1-a4d7-b1db1e7cb996/Images/Documentation/image-CCOJKNMB.png)

## Sharing a Site Model Entity

From the details panel of a site model entity, you can share a link to that building, floor, or room, by clicking on the **Share** button. When someone opens the shared link, their Panorama view moves to the location closest to the center of the site model entity.

A point of interest is a marker placed in NavVis IVION that refers to objects or areas (e.g., cafeteria, coffee machine). POIs can store detailed information about the building features or locations they stand for. POIs appear in NavVis IVION as interactive icons that provide more information when users click on them.

A site model is a three-dimensional model which clusters information by assigning meaningful names to clearly defined areas in the space of a site. With a site model, you can define and name the buildings, floors, rooms, or even more fine-grained spaces, of a site in NavVis IVION. Among other things, this information is used to create the floor changer and enrich POI search.

The user interface panel which displays the POI description and buttons for sharing, editing, and routing.

In the panorama view, you can explore your data in a seamless experience. In this view, you can see both panoramic images and point clouds. By default, the main view of the NavVis IVION interface shows the panorama view.
