# Contents of the Shipping Case

Use the shipping case to transport the NavVis CLX safely.

Use the shipping case to move the device when:

- You are traveling through an airport and checking the device into the hold of the aircraft.

The backpack is inside the shipping case. Use the backpack to move the device when:

- You are traveling through an airport and carrying the backpack as hand luggage into the cabin of the aircraft.

To remove the backpack from the shipping case:

1. Open the shipping case.
