# Processing error: Anchor log line appears to have invalid data Line has less than 10 fields

## Introduction

### Problem description

Processing interrupted with errors:

Anchor log line appears to have invalid data:

1596247718.137026171 3-131.51387 +80.88601 +0.02430 +0.00000 false true true true

Line has less than 10 fields. It only has 9 fields.

ERROR: Could not process dataset '/home/south/Desktop/LWFD/datasets_rec/2020-08-01_04.06.26': Line has less than 10 fields. It only has 9 fields.

### Scope

Solution applies to: <Data processing newer than v.2.5.5 >

## Troubleshooting procedure

The main cause could be that in the above example above, the GCP ID number "3" was modified.

1. Check if this specific GCP that reported the error, in the above case, check the ID "3", see if in both measured and recorded control point files if there are any additional special characters. The recorded control point files to check are under datasets_rec/2023-xx-xx/anchors.txt and anchor_poses_recorded.txt
2. To disregard an anchor, add a symbol "#" in front of the input file's GCP ID.

Ground Control Point
