# Parallel unzip failed when uploading bundle(s)

## Issue description

Parallel unzip failed when uploading Bundle(s)

### Scope

NavVis IVION

## Troubleshooting procedure

There are several possible causes why a download could fail

- You are uploading more than one bundles at a time.
- The bundle file is not complete (broken).
- There is not enough RAM.

1. Upload only one bundle at a time. (Including other users).
2. Rename the bundle file as .zip and unzip it on your computer. If that is error free, rename it back and try to upload the bundle to your personal instance.
3. If that is not working, then there is something wrong with the bundle.
4. If that is working, please upload a smaller bundle to the customer instance and see if size (RAM) is the issue.

Bundles, specifically referred to as Alignment Bundles in NavVis IVION, are collections of related datasets that have been grouped together after being aligned. The primary purpose of creating an alignment bundle is to save the relative locations of these datasets to each other, enabling coordinated management and use within the system
