# Introduction

## NavVis IVION Go

NavVis IVION Go is an app available on the App Store and Play Store that allows you to access your NavVis IVION Instance through your mobile device.

The minimum operating system and device support are:

- iOS 17.0 and iPhone 8 and above
- Android 10.0 and above and ARCore supported devices

You need to be connected to the internet for NavVis IVION Go to be able to access your data. Make sure you have a stable connection (WiFi or mobile data).

> NavVis IVION GO may be used on iPad devices; however, it is primarily optimized for smartphones, and some interactions or layouts may not be fully optimized for iPad screens.

A NavVis IVION instance is a copy of the NavVis IVION software running on a hosting server. An instance has a database which contains the associated datasets, users, and more. That data is accessible via the instance URL.
