# Instance Slots Management Screen

To navigate to the Instance Slot Management screen go to [iv.navvis.com/instances/slots](https://iv.navvis.com/instances/slots) and login using your NavVis credentials. The Instance Slot Management screen enables you to manage the slots of your instance.

- Click on the name of the instance and you will go to the [Instance Management screen](/v1/docs/instance-management).
- Click on the link and you will go directly to the instance.

Use this screen to view the following:

- View the **Users**of the instance
- View the **Expiry Date**of the instance

At the top use the search and filtering feature to view clearly what you are looking for.

## What’s the difference between a slot and an instance?

A slot is the reserved space on which you can run an instance, while an instance is the active deployment or environment that operates within that slot contain point clouds, panoramas etc.
