# Incorrect size of camera image error message troubleshooting

## Introduction

### Problem description

If you've modified the images (the panoramas) captured with a NavVis device, for example face blurring, and the the following warnings during post-processing are displayed, this could result in no panoramas available:

[ WARN] Incorrect size of camera image(s). Skipping location 197. [ WARN] Incorrect size of camera image(s). Skipping location 205.

## Troubleshooting procedure

By modifying the original images of the panoramas captured by the NavVis device, the size and/or rotation of the panorama may have been changed.

### Check the image

1. Check the properties of the panorama that has been modified, and compare the properties with the original image in the datasets_rec/cam.
2. Make sure the size / resolution / rotation has not been changed after custom image processing.
3. If there are changes, reset the properties to the original image seen in the datasets_rec/cam.
4. Restart the processing with correct image properties and check if processing can go through.
