# Reporting Map Issues in NavVis IVION

## Introduction

### Purpose

NavVis IVION uses our partner Mapbox to provide maps. When you notice an issue with the underlying maps, it is quickest to report this issue directly to mapbox.

### Scope

This procedure applies to NavVis IVION.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to [https://labs.mapbox.com/contribute/#/](https://labs.mapbox.com/contribute/#/).
2. Search for the area with the problem.
3. Zoom in on the map until a pin appears, allowing you to specify the location of your contribution.
4. Fill out and submit the mapbox form. It should look similar to the example below.
