# How to check inspect tabs and record a .har file

Instance logs might not be enough to troubleshoot errors in NavVis IVION. A support engineer may request a HAR file and screenshots of any error (red) messages that appear in the **Console** and **Network**tabs.

#### Navigating to the Console Tab in different operating systems
