# How to change NavVis cloud account to another owner (E-mail address)

## Introduction

### Purpose

For different reasons (position changes, employee leaves company, etc.), the customer can change an existing NavVis IVION account to another owner with another E-mail address, so that the new owner can manage the instance under that account.

### Scope

Solution applies to: NavVis Cloud instance management

## Procedure

This can be done directly in the existing NavVis Cloud account:

1. Log in the existing NavVis Cloud account:
2. Navigate to User details, follow as example:

3. Change the email to the new owner's name and address, then save, follow as example:
