# How to Access and Download Calibration Certificates

## Introduction

Perform the following steps to download the calibration certificate for your NavVis device from the NavVis Portal.

### Pre-requisites

Access to NavVis Portal

## Procedure

1. Log into the NavVis Portal
  1. Navigate to the NavVis Portal[(Home · NavVis Portal)](https://support.navvis.com/).

2. Open the System Software Licenses

3. Download the Calibration Certificate

1. Locate the device using its serial number.
